Registration Information

Registration Information for returning families Registration packages can be picked up from the Parish office during regular business hours. Please call the Faith Formation Office so that so that a package can be prepared for you.

For the 2011-2012 year A yearly fee contribution of $90 per child (max: $180 per family) is requested. Full payment should accompany each registration (cash or cheque payable to “St. Luke’s Parish”). Families with financial concerns are asked to talk to the Faith Formation Office. As of July 1st, 2011, a $10 late fee per child will apply. A baptismal certificate is required as well as a small photograph of your child.
